Rachel’s B&B and Self Catering Accommodation - Cape Town is cozy and spacious Guest House offering bed and breakfast accommodation as well as self catering.

Rachel's Home From Home is a cozy home which invites guests who love a homely atmosphere and peaceful time away and would either like to have breakfast served or to do their own self catering. Breakfast would be served on the upstairs landing overlooking the view of the Cape Town harbor and surrounding suburbs. There is a large kitchen with all accessories for guests who prefer to do their own meals. I am very close to most tourist attractions and study venues. My guest accommodation can sleep 5 people. The Garden room with patio doors leading to the garden sleeps 3 people and the double room sleeps 2 people. For those who love mountain climbing we are situated just below Devils Peak which also has a trail leading to Table Mountain. If you would like to explore the mountains then we have an experienced mountain climber who knows the mountain well who will escort you. The Guest House is very centrally situated, only 2 - 2.5km from Cape Town city center. Waterfront V&A and Kirstenbosh Botanical Gardens, two of many Cape Town atractions are about 6 and 7 km from Rachel's Guest House. We are close to our main hospital named Groote Schuur where Dr Chris Barnard performed his first heart transplant and more thereafter. It is approx. 3km from my establishment. The Vincent Pilotti Hospital is also very near approx 5 km. There is free WiFi, Flat screen TV in each bedroom, Fans in each bedroom. There are restaurants a few minutes away from my establishment. The Garden Court Hotel has bar facilities and the Restaurant called the lounge has bar facilities which are all a few minutes away from my establishment. Long Street for night life is approx 8-10 minutes by car from my establishment. Museums and Art Galleries and the famous Castle are in the city which is 5 minutes by car from my establishment. Also the famous Waterfront is approx 4 km away. There is Free Parking available on site. There is Green Market Square in the city for curios and lots of vendors on the city streets for wonderful things to purchase right in the city which is only 5 mins by car and for people who love to walk would only take a half an hour walk from my establishment into the city center.
